I discovered Psychostick because of a trip I made to Corpus Christi to see Dog Fashion Disco and Tub Ring at Zero's Bar & Grill in which the opening act was Indorphine, who I saw on their next tour with Psychostick and Bobaflex at Click's in Baton Rouge.

I always discover music in interesting fashions like that. One of the guys from Indorphine that first time I saw them was wearing a Will's Pub shirt, venue in Orlando, turns out they know Gargamel! and played with them several times. Went all the way to Texas to discover a band in my own back yard. I discovered Sol.iLLaquists of sound, also from Orlando, opening for Sage Francis in Austin.

I went to see Ministry and Revco in Ft. Worth once, and stopped in to see my cousin in Denton who was going to a birthday party that afternoon, so he took me and the band 80 Sheets was playing at the birthday party, who it turns out have opened for Tub Ring. 6 degrees of musical seperation.

I'm sure with a little practice you could get the boondox look down, one tip: try using eyeliner pencil for the thin lines. Works very well with making designs, and isn't as messy as facepaint.

Borderlands is an awesome game. If you want a game that is fun to play through multiple times, and can ignore the fact that the story is gay, and the ending even more so, then that's the game for you. It's especially fun if you enjoy collecting and upgrading your weapons. All loot boxes are refilled when you reload.

Plus you can get weapons that set enemies on fire, blow them up, burn them with acid, or shock them. very amusing :D Plus you get to kill a bandit who has only 9 toes and 3 balls.

The Volcano sniper rifle is great because it blows up the enemies AND sets them on fire.

They're going to be releasing a few of the Downloaded Content releases on disc in a few months, which should make the game even better.

RPG's are great though. I can see how turn-based ones can be a bit boring, but they usually are superior when it comes to the story.

I used to hate FPS games, until I played Fallout 3 and Borderlands. They make it very easy to get used to. Especially Fallout 3, since it has the VATS mode. It basically lets you click a button and choose what part of the enemies bodies to shoot and does the rest for you. Sniping is very fun, as if you're undetected, you can drop most of the enemies without a problem. and none of the other enemies will know as long as you kill your target with one shot.

Borderlands is great because, as Dru said, you can blow up enemies. Especially midgets. they'll literally explode in a glorious display of body parts and blood :D

Spiderants do suck, but not as much as those annoying crawling bug things that sound like cats.
