Season 4 Begins on May 20th, 2021! Space Tube Delays?

Remember kids: It's important to take a little break every now and then! We overextended that a little, but it was absolutely worth it, which is why (as I type this) we're ironing out the final few details on the artwork and theme for Season 4.

"But RHAWRHB, it starts tomorrow, you slacker! What gives?" you splerf out of your nacho-encrusted face-hole.

First off, nachos are delicious, and I don't blame you.

Secondly, as I mentioned, we took a little bit longer of a break for some good ol' mental health reasons.

But, now that we're Twitch Partners *insert explosive fanfare here*, things're looking up and quite shiny for the ol' 'stick. We're working hard on incorportating new thingies and features on our stream to make it as fun and as interactive as possible. Stay tuned and please keep on watchin'!

More as it develops!

In other news, some folks are experiencing delays in their space tube delivery.

First off, thanks for tubin' with us. :D

Secondly, and we're learning as we do this, it's probably not a good idea to slam a single post office with hundreds of tubes at once. They probably weren't prepared for it. Next time we're going to see if we can spread that out amongst various post offices or something. I'll look into it.

Thirdly, once we drop stuff off at a post office or the like, things are completely out of our control. If you've been checking your tracking and it hasn't changed since you got the e-mail, or it seems as if it's stuck in Illinois, the next best step is to contact your local post office (you can even walk right into one), give them your tracking number, and see if they can help get your tube to you.

We're very sorry this is happening, and we've learned some valuable lessons from this experience. If you have any questions, just respond to this message and I'll do my best to help answer them. Just remember, I can't control the post office. If I could, I'd tell them to "accidentally" deliver me a RTX 3080ti, but that's another story...
